Buddhist and Christian prayers featuring Tina Turner, Dechen Shak-Dagsay and Regula Curti. With the Beyond album we wish to share our vision that whoever we may be, whatever religion we may come to – when ever we pray from our heart, a transformation takes place and we find ourselves “beyond right and wrong”. It is our deepest believe that love and compassion are the unifying essence of every religion. On this CD we have Tina chanting three Buddhist prayers from the Nichiren tradition and imparting the overall spiritual message, Dechen singing Buddhist mantras and Regula Christian prayers. While singing their prayers in an overlapping and interwoven way, the three women gained a deep respect for each other. We wish to share this boundless love, joy and respect for the benefit of all.

This music is a praise to all divine Mothers, goddesses and saints, to the female power within all of us. Unconditional love is powerfully shown in the symboles of the Divine Mother of all faiths and cultures, religious and non religious. Compassion and love is the all embracing sound of the heart.
On this CD we have Tina chanting Baptist prayers from her childhood and imparting the overall spiritual message "love within", Dechen singing Buddhist mantras, Regula Christian prayers and Sawani Hindu mantras. As on the platinum nominated album BEYOND the four singers have been undertaking the challenge of merging eastern and western music and overlapping their prayers in one song. They have succeeded in creating a universal and passionate sound. Their singing will help you to nourish values like love, kindness and compassion, forgiveness and tolerance.

In 2016 the project blossomed to include six singers from six different cultures and an orchestra. The resulting double-album, «Awakening Beyond» features lyrics, prayers and lullabies sung by Regula Curti from Zurich, Switzerland; Ani Choying from Kathmandu, Nepal; Dima Orsho from Damascus, Syria/USA; Sawani Shende Sathaye from Pune, India; and Mor Karbasi, from Jerusalem, Israel. Tina Turner from Switzerland/USA speaks the spiritual and universal message. Specially qualified musicians were engaged to perform the authentic sounds of each culture with traditional instruments. The original score was written by Syrian-American composer and producer Kareem Roustom and the soundtrack was performed by the world-renown Philharmonia Orchestra London and recorded at historic Abbey Road studio.

The 60 artists from 26 countries represented on the album have collaborated across all difficulties and their isolations during the 2020 virus pandemic. Their 16 songs on the theme of "Songs for the Planet" are as diverse as the artists on our platform: they are about climate change, the extinction of endangered animals and plants, the protection of our children and women, the call for reconciliation of our planet Earth with its inhabitants, the concern about our future and a new awareness to interact with each other in this world. We named the album "Same Planet" because we are all connected and a solution to the problems can only be found if we all take responsibility together.

The 54 artists involved in the album Vol.3 are as diverse as their views on the theme of "conflict". Coming from 40 different countries, their approaches to the musical leitmotif were very different. One song addresses the global refugee crisis, another the ecological conflict between us humans and our planet Earth. Some songs embody "conflict" through their instrumental arrangement, others through the clash of different musical styles. Most of the pieces are about an inner chaos tied to the challenge of finding one's place in this turbulent world. The compositions on Vol.3 are methods of dealing with conflict and transforming it into the one language that connects us all: Music.
