By accessing the website of the BEYOND Foundation (hereinafter the ‘BEYOND website’), you agree to be legally bound by the terms of use and the exclusion of liability described below (here-inafter ‘Terms of Use’). The BEYOND website is made available by the BEYOND Foundation and may only be used for information purposes. By using information and services on the BEYOND website or downloading this material or data, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use. Should you not agree to the Terms of Use, you are not permitted to use the BEYOND website or to download materials or data from it.

Liability
Any information or guidance on the BEYOND website is non-binding and offered under exclusion of any guarantee or liability whatsoever.

The BEYOND Foundation assumes no responsibility for the correctness, completeness or reliability of advice, opinions, statements or other information offered on the BEYOND website. You declare to the BEYOND Foundation that you agree to trust in such guidance at your own risk.

Any liability claims against the BEYOND Foundation relating to damages of a material or non-material nature arising from the use of the BEYOND website or the information contained therein, or the use of incorrect and/or incomplete information, are excluded.

Usage rights
The BEYOND Foundation grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable and restricted right to access the BEYOND website and to use the information contained therein subject to the conditions of this agreement. You undertake not to interrupt or to seek to interrupt the operations of the website.

Copyright
The BEYOND Foundation permits you to use the works, specifically the graphics, sound recordings, video sequences and texts, on the BEYOND website for your own personal, non-commercial, internal use, unless the BEYOND Foundation explicitly grants you other usage rights in connection with these works in writing or in another form.

In all usage forms, the BEYOND Foundation endeavours to recognise the copyright held in works by third parties, to use its own works or to use works free of licence. The copyright for works of the BEYOND Foundation remains the sole property of the operator of the BEYOND website. Any copied works must retain the copyright notice contained in these works. At the same time, these works may not be amended, played publicly, performed, transferred or used publicly or commercially in any other way. Any other use of works contained on the BEYOND website requires the express permission of the BEYOND Foundation.

The BEYOND Foundation may revoke any rights granted to you in connection with the Terms of Use at any time. In this case, you are required to destroy any copies of works.

Links to other websites
The BEYOND website may contain links to websites that are operated by third parties. Neither the linked websites nor the links are controlled by the BEYOND Foundation and it is therefore not responsible for their content. The BEYOND Foundation confirms that there was no illegal content apparent on the linked website at the time of linkage. However, the BEYOND Foundation is unable to exert any influence whatsoever on the current or future form, content or authorship of the linked websites. For this reason, the BEYOND Foundation expressly distances itself from any content of the linked websites that was changed after the time of linkage; this applies to all links created within its own Internet presence.

The providers of sites for which links are provided are solely responsible for any illegal, incorrect or incomplete content and for any damage that may arise from the use or non-use of such information, and not those whose links refer to such publications. Cookies
When you visit the BEYOND website, information is placed on your computer in the form of a ‘cookie’. These cookies allow a website to adjust to the user’s interests or to store your password so that you do not need to re-enter it each time. Should you refuse to allow the BEYOND Foundation to recognise your computer, your Internet browser must be configured in such a way that it deletes cookies from your computer hard drive, blocks all cookies or warns you before a cookie is set. Minors
Minors should not provide personal data without the consent of a parent or guardian. Should a minor nonetheless make contact, the BEYOND Foundation will not knowingly gather, use or pass on any personal data from minors to third parties. If the BEYOND Foundation becomes aware that minors have transmitted personal data without the consent of their parents, the BEYOND Foundation will delete all data immediately and irrevocably.

The BEYOND Foundation rejects any claims of a material or non-material nature for communications from minors that may arise from the processing of a contact enquiry.

Your information/email contact
Should the BEYOND Foundation wish to send you an email to your private email account, it should be noted that the technical structure of the Internet is such that you must take certain precautions to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of email content.

You guarantee that you will not provide any information that may contain actionable or offensive content or that may affect the protected rights of third parties. By your use, you agree that the BEYOND Foundation forbids you to make such information and materials available on the BEYOND website, to publish it there or make it known in any other way.

Changes to the Terms of Use
The BEYOND Foundation expressly reserves the right to change the BEYOND website or these Terms of Use, in part or in whole, in particular information, programs and services on the BEYOND website, at any time without specific notice. Moreover, parts of the BEYOND website may be changed, supplemented or deleted without special notice or publication ceased temporarily or permanently to ensure that the correctness, topicality, completeness and quality of the information conforms to your wishes and standards.

Any such change in the Terms of Use shall be effective immediately upon publication on the BEYOND website. You accept such changes by continuing to use the BEYOND website. The BEYOND Foundation may change, suspend or cease parts or functions of the BEYOND website at any time.

Applicable law
The BEYOND website is operated by the BEYOND Foundation in Erlenbach, Zurich. Swiss Law is applicable. The sole agreed jurisdiction is Meilen (Canton of Zurich).
